A Non Profit Organization based in South Africa.

Michele and Peter Kaletsch are back in Gauteng, South Africa after working internationally for many years
• They have been in the Hospitality Industry for over 25 years.
• 12 years in international hotels and resorts as GM’s
• 9 years as Butlers in private service.
• 6 years as Hospitality trainers in Cambodia.

They have dedicated their lives to training and teaching disadvantaged youth in the practical skills of cooking, restaurant service, front office and housekeeping to high standards of excellence.

In the last 6 years they have taught, trained, graduated and placed over 500 students in full time jobs in 4 and 5 star properties. All of these young people were either orphans or from the poorest families.

With dedicated training they have changed the lives of their students and families. Michele and Peter’s desire is to continue with their mission to educate the disadvantaged in South Africa.

In order to finance the project the couple is offering to hotels, resorts, restaurants and private estates, training for their staff for a modest fee to cover costs, in return for sponsoring a street youth, disadvantaged or disabled youth through a recognized hospitality training facility and accompanying internships.

Michele and Peter will be joined by like-minded colleagues, all professional trainers, butlers and international senior experts, to complement and focus the training and maximize sponsorships.
Training offered by the team:
• Hospitality skill training in all departments
• Restaurant service to Excellence level
• Rooms division training
• Barrister training
• Department supervisor training
• Management training
• Motivational and self development courses
• Private Service and Butler service
• Private Chef training

“We want to help disadvantaged Southern African youth. If we were to get an international sponsor, that wanted us to train their staff in return we would of course do it, provided expenses are covered over and above a student scholarship. We are flexible and willing to discuss any opportunity that can help our cause.”
